Processing oranges to make Tropicana’s great tasting orange juice only happens during our fruit season. Some of the seasonal tasks include – general cleanup, sorting, moving loads of fruit and emptying trailers of fruit. Once you complete a full season, you may have the opportunity to grow and move into other areas of the plant. It’s the start of building a long-lasting career at Tropicana.
We have opportunities in the warehouse or Railcar Department. In the warehouse we have opportunities as a truck or railcar loader, forklift operator, and multi-equipment operator (various sanitation Equipment). These positions ensure our product gets shipped out by truck or railcar daily, across the country for our consumers. In the Railcar Department, there are two roles: maintenance railcar mechanic and refrigeration mechanic.
Would you like to work in a key role that keeps the plant running efficiently and supports the site’s infrastructure? Our Site Services Department supports all plant operations across the facility. The departments under Site Services are: Grounds and Janitorial, Wastewater and Environmental, Cogeneration, Utilities and Electrical and Instrumentation.
